The same rail product continued under Praedico after the project team became an independent company in April 2024.

What I worked on

• Partner with rail industry experts to understand the needs of different roles and design workflows that support their work.
• Proactively gather user feedback and continuously refine the product experience.
• Design product interfaces using the existing UI library, extending it when new patterns are needed.
• Plan the company website content, shape the experience for potential clients, and design and launch the site.

Led a small design team across the company’s online learning apps and official website.

What I worked on

• Led three UI/UX designers while remaining hands-on across mobile and web product work.
• Created a reusable visual foundation for IELTS, TOEFL, vocabulary, and related learning products.
• Used user feedback and behaviour data to improve home, onboarding, and mock-exam experiences.
• Restructured course information and content to make learning products easier to understand and choose.

Joined as a UI/UX Designer and progressed to Design Leader in October 2014.

What I worked on

• Gathered stakeholder requirements and shaped the UI/UX direction for the mobile app.
• Designed core journeys across resumes, job discovery, messaging, and application tracking.
• Created and maintained the visual foundation, including colour, typography, icons, and interface guidelines.
• Collaborated with product, content, and development teams, and supported launches and marketing across channels.
